18 small rose petals
1 1/2 teaspoons meringue powder
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons water
Preparation
1. Rinse the rose petals rather well and lay them out to dry on paper towels.
2. In a blending bowl, mix the water, meringue powder and powdered sugar.
3. Beat on low velocity till combined, then beat on prime velocity for approximately 4-5 mins (or till fluffy).
4. Brush this combination on each side of the dry rose petals after which mud them with the superfine sugar.
5. Let stands on cord rack for twenty-four hours to dry.
